Responsibilities and Duties
To manage , operate and expand the bakery with western QSR restaurant outlets in chennai with operational excellence and ability to recruit and training the small team of crew and Design , Set and follow standard operating procedures. candidate should have the knowledge in P& L, strong knowledge in F& B skills.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
candidate with a qualification in hotel management is preferred and a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar profile .
