As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in driving the success and growth of our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service;
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve store efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction;
Providing training and coaching to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service;
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations;
Representing the company in a professional and approachable manner at all times.
