Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Provide backend support for business development activities, including documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.
· Understand client brands, identity, and positioning to support effective project planning and execution.
· Manage end-to-end operations for exhibition stands and branded installations across India and abroad.
· Coordinate with design, fabrication, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
· Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, cost estimates, and project reports.
· Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams to meet all project deadlines.
· Maintain and update client databases, track project progress, and manage follow-ups.
· Travel onsite for project supervision, setup monitoring, and live troubleshooting during exhibitions.
· Prepare and manage project timelines, checklist trackers, and cost control updates for smooth execution.
· Collaborate with 3D designers, production teams, fabricators, and vendors for coordinated project execution.
· Oversee design, graphic, and material sample approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
· Conduct internal and external meetings to ensure workflow efficiency and timely delivery.
· Ensure booth quality control (QC) so the final build matches approved designs and specifications.
· Manage organizer regulations, client approvals, and formalities from start to finish.
· Review technical specifications (e.g., graphic sizes, layouts) with the production team before fabrication.
· Track booth status from warehouse dispatch to onsite installation for smooth transitions.
· Oversee the final client handover with complete documentation and closure reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing support, or project coordination (experience in the exhibition/events industry preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
