QUALIFICATION: MBA

EXPERIENCE:

· Min. 10 yrs of exp on same or equivalent profile.

· 3 to 4 yrs of exp in real estate operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Day to Day working of operational activities.

Ø Follow-up of all pending Work.

Ø Weekly and monthly Operations Reviews.

Ø Liaison with

· Multiple vendors

· Associates

· Architect.

· Designers.

· Sales associates.

· Material suppliers for work.

Ø Supervising and guiding daily operational issues in various Dept.

Ø Working closely with sales and technical team to provide them operational supports and to resolve their issue.

Ø Verification and forwarding of every bill.

Ø Working on cash flow and budget details.

Ø Look out for purchase of office and construction site related items

NOTE:

1. CANDIADTE SHOULD BE LOCAL FROM LUCKNOW.

2. MUST HAVE PERSONAL VEHICLE.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
