Operations Manager - Paige's (Downtown Chicago)
Paige's is a new fast-casual lunch concept opening this summer in downtown Chicago. Our focus is simple: exceptional sandwiches, fast service, and disciplined operations. The concept is built for high-speed lunch service with a focused menu and strong operational systems.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who enjoys running organized, high-volume shifts and maintaining strong service systems.
This role is ideal for someonewho has led high-volume service and takes pride in clean, disciplined operations.
Responsibilities
• Lead daily lunch service operations
• Maintain fast and consistent service (target: 3-4 minutes per order)
• Manage shift staff and maintain strong communication
• Enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
• Support scheduling and labor discipline
• Monitor inventory and basic food cost controls
• Help maintain a positive and professional team environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform other duties as needed in a fast-paced environment
