About Client :
We work on impacting over 1 million people across 10 states in India through our SAAS
platforms and Data Engineering work.
Location:
Mumbai- vashi
Working hours: 10am to 7pm
Job Description :
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Operations Manager to help us expand
our clientele. Express their operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the
company which they are working for reaches its target and operates effectively
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth and should be responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day operations of their company or organization. Managing
projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details:
Responsibilities :
• Assisting in client relationship management.
• Handling operations in terms of project management, tooling and data analysis.
• Preparation of reports for projects undertaken.
• Conducting assessments which can be virtual or on-field.
• Assisting in documentation and database management.
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Skills:
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and
suggestions.
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals and excellent
interpersonal skills in order to communicate.
• Processing and storing data is critical for managing many different aspects of a company's
operations.
• Ability to make quick decisions
Knowledge and Requirements :
• You have a degree/diploma in any stream.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and ability to grasp SaaS tools.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource
allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Sound knowledge of advance excel
Attitude:
• Trying to educate clients and team members that everyone can do their best.
• Passionate about working with NGOs.
• Work in a transparent environment.
• Create an impact, look for efficiency & focus on quality.
• Enthusiasm in participating in CSR activities or going on field work.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
