Job Description
Handling Sales & Business Development of all Salon branches on PAN India Level.
· Streamlining, implementing & executing the defined processes at PAN India Level.
· Ensuring Profitability of PAN India Salon & ensuring the growth of PAN India salons in terms of Guest Retention, Sales & Basic Processes.
· Ensuring the smooth follow up of SOP’s across all salons.
· Strategizing & implementing the marketing & promotional activities at all salons.
· Handling & managing the salon team i.e. direct & indirect reportees.
· Handling Guest Grievances along with the complaint department.
· Analyzing the soft skill trainings & development at salon for the team
Experience of 4-8 years from Retail, Wellness, Aviation, Hotel industry preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
