Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Crescat Finserv, located in Mumbai. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, managing teams, improving processes and procedures, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
