• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that maximize revenue generation while managing profit loss effectively.
• Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Experience in business development and strategic planning is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
