You'll ensure these functions run smoothly and consistently while providing leaders and kaimahi with timely, practical advice across the employee lifecycle.
Through strong leadership and operational oversight, you'll embed future-focused, kaimahi-centred practices and help grow capability across the People and Capability Operations team.

We're looking for someone with:
A genuine passion for coaching and supporting others around building their capability.
Proven ability and experience in People and Capability Advisory.
Strong and influential interpersonal, negotiation and facilitation skills.
knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Payroll and supporting managers through complex workplace relations issues.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to apply them in a way that helps achieve the best possible outcomes for our kaimahi.
Experience in organisational change methodology would be desireable.
