Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead all aspects of the Operations portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Develop and maintain best practices in site safety, facilities management, project management, and continuous improvement.
Implement proactive property lifecycle maintenance strategies.
Establish and monitor budgets, ensuring effective expenditure against budget.
Oversee capital works and major repairs and maintenance projects.
Nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, suppliers, public authorities, local government, and the local community.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in hands-on operations management, preferably within the property, mining, production, or construction sectors.
