As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing production processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management: Manage and oversee the entire production process for advertising campaigns, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project execution.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projects.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage human resources, tools, and technology to ensure optimal project execution.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Budget Management: Oversee and track production budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial constraints.
• Timeline Management: Develop production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external production partners to ensure high-quality output.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the production team.
• Reporting: Provide senior management with regular updates on project status, performance, and KPIs.
• Software Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting, budgeting, and documentation.
• Curating Production Processes: Define and document processes for each category of shoots (e.g., product shoots, model shoots, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all production activities.
• Coordination with Post-Production: Work closely with the post-production department to ensure that all deliverables are edited to meet client specifications and brand guidelines. Oversee the timely delivery and receipt of final edit files.
• Studio Management: Ensure that the in-house studio is fully functional, all equipment is up to date, and maintenance is regularly performed to avoid malfunctions during shoots.
• Invoice Coordination: Work with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for production activities, including vendor payments and shoot-related expenses.
• Model Agency Coordination: Coordinate with model agencies for frequent model shoots in the in-house studio, ensuring that all logistics, contracts, and scheduling are handled efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the advertising, creative, or media agency environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Leadership: Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with production processes (video, print, digital) and relevant production tools.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality control and attention to detail throughout the production cycle.
