Roles & Responsibilities :
Owning the complete post sales life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, post sales service, and post-sales relationship management.Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.Meeting monthly/daily operations work.
Requirements :
Good communication skills ( written & verbal )Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage.Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
