Pixelvide is a smart governance company empowering state government decision-makers by providing dynamic technology solutions for over a decade. We play key roles in administration planning by developing and implementing colossal smart governance projects for better public administration.
The Land Digitisation Project (LDP) is a Pixelvide initiative set out to solve the current challenges surrounding land ownership, transfer and maintenance. Through LDP, we aim to provide clear land titles, secure ownership, and smooth conveyance of land. We want to lead a much-needed digital transformation in the land administration domain to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and seamless tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with the specifications and quality requirements of our clients.
• Improving the operational systems and processes in support of the organization's mission support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.
• Coordinate between internal and external resources for the execution of projects.
• Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
• Manage the quality and quantity of employee productivity. Provide technical support where necessary.
• Managing training programs of staff and managers to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role.
• Cater to government offices and clients as per the organization's requirements.
• Oversee overall project management, planning, systems and controls.
Key Skills Required:
• The candidate should be a Telugu speaker (because we work with native property documents).
• Must possess knowledge of land/property laws of Andhra Pradesh.
• Should be an excellent communicator so as to liaison between the organization and the government offices to procure documents, etc.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, quality process with respect to delivery management and implementing efficient SDLC practices.
• Software Product Management experience is an added advantage.
• Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
• Excellent people manager, open to new directions, with a collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to develop and nurture good working relationships at all levels across the business.
