Position : Manager - Regional Logistic Planner
Location: Mumbai and Gurugram
Reporting to: Sr. Manager - Logistics Dept: Operations
Salary Range: 10 LPA Position: 2 Nos.
Desired Profile Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience: Minimum 10 Years Experience with any manufacturing unit/ Corporate House in the field of Supply chain/ Logistic/ Operation department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
A) Inventory Management of Finished Goods & Promotional Items at CFA.
a. Define minimum & maximum stock levels of SKUs basis production lead time & in consideration with storage capacity & sales trend with categorization in A,B & C class in co-ordination with reginal sales head .
b. Review stock levels at CFA to avoid stock outs / over stocking.
c. Management information system to be developed to track progress.
d. Promotional items to be maintained at CFA in ratio with finished goods stock.
e. Exceptional requirement to be deal through laid down process.
f. Co-ordinate with the central logistic team to take inputs.
B) CFA operation management: -
a. Monitoring of timely recording of inward & outward of material movement as per laid down processes & recording entries into ERP.
b. Maintaining FG level at CFA.
c. Monitoring of ageing of FG & hold review process with reginal sales head in regular intervals to liquidate.
d. Discuss with regional sales head to liquidate near expiry finished goods as per company policy.
e. Monitoring of returned finished goods from distributors to CFA & disposal of same as per company policy .
f. Visit at CFA at regular intervals
g. Management of required resources at CFA.
h. Benchmarking operational efficiency of CFA with another region CFA.
C) Secondary Transport management & associated activities.
a. Ensure daily placement of trucks against daily order
b. Performance evaluation of secondary transporter.
c. Co-ordinate with central logistics team for transport rate revision
d. Optimize secondary logistic freight cost.
D) Co-ordinate with regional sales head & Trade marketing Team alogwith central logistic team to ensure smooth working of day-to-day operations.
