Title: Operation Manager
Age-up to 40
Experience- 1-5 Year
CTC- 3 LPA + Variable
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Operations Management: to Define Department wise deliverables based on thorough understanding of Process and industry benchmarks. o Control on ground operations through active monitoring of Key KPI's and ensure necessary TAT is adhered to.
2) Process Excellence: Have in-depth knowledge of existing process and have ability to create a new one. to Monitor the health of the Department and set up MIS reports. to Optimize productivity by identifying potential throughput issues (Bottlenecks). To Focus on safety throughout the operations.
3) Inventory Management: Coordinate with Purchase planning and on ground teams to control inventory level and hygiene to ensure timely delivery of product to the customer. o Establish Quality Control Process for each operational activity.
4) New Initiatives : Lead/ Participate and actively drive new initiatives and roll outs.
Note Industry/ Company preference Ecommerce /Warehousing/FMCG/Distribution
