Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate

Maintain in-depth knowledge of requirements related to HR. Monitor report and advice on the performance of functions for which the HR Operations team is responsible

Supervise the performance of the reportees.Provides operational advice on processes and procedures to HR staff

Maintenance of the HRMS database. The accountability hierarchy and organizational structures are up to date and available

Ensure that the operations team delivers their planned outcomes and that their agreed targets are met in line with the HR Plan and customer services standards.
