About the Role: This role includes managing all the generalist activities for HR Operations, Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS. Responsibilities may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules. Making sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS.
2. Responsibilities may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
3. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
4. Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email queues Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports.
5. Report all observations to WFM to help change the staffing plans/roster accordingly and send the alerts on SLA misses proactively if any.
6. Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders
7. Identify the market/process/queue by team/agent wise volume variations and alert the respective stakeholders proactively.
8. Process orientation, including strong organizational and prioritization skills.
+. Responsible for HR Analytics and various functional dashboards/presentations as required by management.
10. Handling escalation for employee’s grievances across all entities pertaining to Exit and HRIS for on roll.
11. Making sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Minimum 7 - 10 years years of work experience in HR Operation and HRIS Management.
Experience of executing core HR & engagement processes while leading/ working with a team.
People & Relationship Management
Stakeholder Management
Good analytical and numerical ability
Execution focus & process adherence
Expertise on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Education - Must be an MBA
