Role Description:
This is a full-time role for Operations & Packaging Coordinator located in Jaipur. The Operations & Packaging Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to operations, packaging & logistics. This role involves managing inventory, supervising team activities, assisting in assembly and packaging, ensuring quality control and smooth logistics for seamless execution throughout the gifting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and maintain inventory – manage inward/outward flow, track stock, and report discrepancies.
Oversee assembly line operations – support team during gift hamper assembly and ensure workflow efficiency.
Ensure smooth logistics for seamless execution throughout the gifting process.
Perform quality checks on all products and hampers before dispatch
Monitor and guide packaging to align with brand standards and ensure safe delivery
Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment and lead, manage and support staff during peak seasons.
Travel within Jaipur for vendor visits, pickups, or delivery coordination as needed.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate
Experience :1 or more years in corporate gifting or similar operational roles.
Key Skills and Experience:
Operations Experience: In gift sourcing, packaging, logistics, or related fields.
Packaging Expertise: Experience with packaging materials, techniques, and execution.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues across sourcing, packing, or delivery.
Time Management: Efficiency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple order
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
