Job Description
• Coordinate and conduct New hire and individual training sessions based on staff and organisational learning needs
• Drive an online learning journey and ensure coverage of the assigned target audience
• Provided assessment to workers and design training programs to address identified issues
• Routinely evaluate business training needs and adjust staff development and educational programs
• Develop and manage to track and report progress on training being delivered
• Conduct training interventions to support bottom performers and associates on PDP and deliver results
• Design and drive additional initiatives toward continuous process improvement
Requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal abilities
• Excellent facilitation and training skills
• Ability to prepare training content and assessment based on identified training needs
• Excellent ability to help employees to improve upon their skills
• Graduate/PG from a reputed institute with a minimum of 3 years of work experience
• Should have Min. 1 year of experience in delivering process training in International/Domestic Process in BPO
