Designation-Sr. Execuitive - ATM OPS and Atm Franchisee sales
About the Function-TCPSL - ATM operations & Franchisee sales
Purpose of the Role- The Sr. Executive is a position within Tata Communications, based in the TCPSL team. This role leads a small and mighty team of tight-knit communication professionals who are responsible for protecting, building and enhancing Tata Communications corporate reputation globally.
You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities)
• ATM Uptime
• Cash Management at local level- Branch level relation and Vendor relation at local level to improve loading performance and ATM uptime.
• Site related issue identification and resolution to ensure site upkeep and avoid DT due to that
• Handling Operations and day to day activity of Existing Franchisee
• Will be working as a SPOC/RM for Franchisee.
• New Franchisee engagement and on boarding.
• New Franchisee Target to be achieve which will be Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis target.
• Onboarding Good Master Franchisee who can support us to increase new sub franchisee in area.
You have (Qualification and exp)
Graduation /Engineering /3 year Polytechnic diploma
Exp in ATM field will be preferable
Experience as a credible and capable adviser at multiple levels of an organization with strong business acumen together with business and industry experience
Experience in translating and demonstrating the impact of communications initiatives in a wider business context
