We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shutdown Coordinator to join our team at Orion Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in shutdown planning and execution, with previous experience in the role of Shutdown Coordinator.

You will be responsible for coordinating and leading shutdown activities on an asset with a long life of field, ensuring that all aspects of the shutdown are managed efficiently and effectively. This includes chairing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly shutdown meetings, issuing resulting plans and minutes in a timely manner, and driving the shutdown gate criteria process.

As a key member of the shutdown team, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including the shutdown planner, procurement and logistics team, and offshore shutdown focal points. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to work closely with these stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of shutdown activities.

Experience in planning scopes and activities, with evident time and budget management skills, is also required. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
