Process contractor/customer electrical wiring permits and schedule as required and/or in conjunction with a work order.
Assist with mentoring and training junior staff and new DSRs, sharing best practices and operational knowledge to enhance
team performance.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of system enhancements to standardize business processes, and alignment
with corporate goals and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 education and three years directly related experience;
OR
Grade 12 education and completion of post-secondary courses related to Business Administration certificate, diploma or
equivalent plus two years directly related experience.
Minimum one year of relevant experience with:
SAP, working directly in HRMS, ZREGISTRY and CHANGE ORDER transactions.
Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), with thorough knowledge of job types and scheduling.
Banner, including thorough knowledge in creating new customer accounts, applying service rates, TLMS and creating and
closing service orders.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in an environment
