Green by Nature is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our team at our Henderson depot. This role plays a key part in keeping our operational teams and contractors running smoothly, supporting essential services across buildings, maintenance, open spaces and cleaning teams.

About the role:
In this varied and people-focused role, you’ll act as a central point of coordination between contractors and internal teams. Your day will include:
Liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders to support operational delivery
Processing estimates and maintaining accurate documentation
Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across multiple service streams
Using email, phone calls, Word and Excel to keep information up to date and well organised
About you:
You’ll be someone who enjoys juggling tasks, communicating with a wide range of people, and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. Ideally, you’ll bring:
Strong administration and coordination experience
Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and email systems
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
The ability to manage schedules, priorities and deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
