Job Description: Operator & Maintenance Technician (O&M Technician)
Location: Vaughan (North York), Ontario, Canada
Type of Contract: Full-time, starting as soon as possible
Language Requirements: English (French is an asset)
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Work Environment: Combination of outdoor and indoor settings
On-Site Requirement: Work must be performed at the site; remote work is not available.
Role Overview
As an O&M Technician, you will be part of our Operations team, responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic car-park system. You will receive on-the-job training from Stanley Robotics experts to become fully operational within a few weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Robot & Infrastructure Maintenance:
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems for both the robots and related infrastructure.
Perform routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Operations Management:
Operate the facility under normal and emergency conditions, following established procedures and safety protocols.
Adhere to environmental regulations, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
Administrative Support:
Assist in developing operating procedures, maintaining inventory, and supporting service maintenance agreements.
Utilize standard IT tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Housekeeping & Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance of the facility.
Strictly follow all safety and environmental procedures to uphold regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical) is considered an asset.
Experience: Previous hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Attributes: Diligent, organized, curious, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
IT Skills: Comfortable using standard IT tools (e.g., MS Office).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in French is a plus.

Bonus:
A semi-annual variable compensation of up to 15% of gross fixed salary, based on the achievement of predefined objectives
Vacation : 20 days
Schedule:
Weekly Hours: A base of 44 hours per week (spread over weekdays and weekends as required).
Sunday/Public Holiday Work: Scheduled by rotation and paid at a higher rate.
Night Shifts: May be required by rotation, also paid at a higher rate.
On-Call : Assigned by rotation, with indemnities for on-call hours.
