Designation: Deputy Manager - HR Department: Human Resource
• Coordinating with stakeholders to identify staffing needs for all medical and non-medical hiring as per TAT.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our internal portal.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Ensure proper on boarding for new hires and the necessary paperless work is completed promptly and accurately
• To ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances counseling employees and supervisors
• To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• To maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
• To maintain the employee satisfaction score by conducting R&R activities, skip level meeting with the employees
• To control on attrition count by constant counselling, skip level sessions with employees.
• Accurate maintenance of HR databases and to publish weekly MIS –
Attrition MIS, joining MIS to all the stakeholders

• To complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results, counselling and disciplining
• Support to line Manager in closing crucial task.
Required Skills & Proficiencies:
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with minimum 7 to 8 years into healthcare industry only.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of online HRIS portal
• Problem analysis and resolution at functional level
• Go getter and strong on people management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Education Qualifications- BSC/ MSC/ B.Pharm / Biotechnology.
