• Preparing for and navigating capital events, partnerships, and licensing opportunities with clarity and discipline
• Engaging the right investors and strategic capital aligned with long-term scientific and commercial value creation
• Receiving hands-on support across company structuring, transactions, regulatory positioning, and execution
