Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at BajajCapital Insurance Broking Ltd in Jaipur. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing insurance product transactions, and ensuring efficient workflow processes. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
• Operations Management and Insurance Industry knowledge
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in Operations Management or Insurance is a plus
