. We’re looking for an Ad Operations Executive to join our Digital Audio team on a full-time permanent basis in London.

As an Ad Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital audio campaigns across the Bauer network. You will work closely with the Sales teams and members of the wider company to manage the delivery, optimisation and data analysis of campaigns.

This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office in Euston.

About the team: The ad operations team sit at the heart of all digital audio advertising campaigns across huge brands such as: Magic, Kiss, Greatest Hits and many more. As digital ad technology experts, we use both our knowledge of ad serving and the enormous amounts of data generated to deliver world class solutions with the goal of maximising revenue potential across streaming and podcast campaigns .

What you’ll be doing:
• Collaborating with the sales teams to respond to briefs.
• Supporting the sales teams with chasing creatives, providing technical specifications and booking campaigns.
• Implementing booked campaigns into the ad server.
• Managing the delivery, optimisation and prioritisation of campaigns.
• Working with internal teams and agencies to troubleshoot tags and technical issues.
• Investigating and resolving delivery or performance issues.
• Liaise with sales and management teams to reduce revenue risks.
• Liaise with third party ad product suppliers, creative agencies and advertisers.
• Analysing and collating data for internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience of campaign management.
• A passion for audio and advertising.
• Organised and methodical approach to tasks.
• Computer literate – proficent in all Microsoft office programs. A passion for audio and advertising.
• Experience with AdsWizz or other ad servers, ideal but not essential as full training will be given.
