CTC UPTO 3.5 lpa
Roles And Responsibilities
• Tracking, Follow Ups through telephonic calls & Direct Visits for the collection of Renewal premiums from Customer.
• Verification of New Business Insurance Proposals
• Handing queries from Customers, Salesperson and Agents.
• Retention of Customers from Surrendering / Cancelling the Policies
• Verification and Processing Customer / Agent Servicing Requests & Claims
• Creation of reference leads from Walk In Customers
• Receipting, Reconciliation of premiums through cheque / Cash /Card payments
• Coordination with collection agent / bank to deposit of Cash / Cheque premiums at Bank.
• Data Enrichment and instant adoption-80% of all eligible customer walk-ins
• To ensure process compliance and adherence at the branch
• Manage day-to-day branch administration including housekeeping, maintenance, asset control, discipline, and payroll.
• Handling Branch Admin, Audits related activities.
• Operational co-ordination with other functional departments
