We’re looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join a friendly, purpose-driven team in Melbourne. If you’re passionate about helping people see better and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What you'll do
Assist customers with frame and lens selection based on their needs
Take accurate measurements and interpret prescriptions
Maintain detailed and organised customer records
Support day-to-day store operations
Work closely with optometrists and fellow dispensers
What we’re looking for
Previous optical dispensing experience
Background in customer service or retail
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Friendly, team-oriented approach
Comfortable learning new systems and working in a busy setting
