Here’s where you’ll make your mark:
Prescription Pro: Use your expertise to interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.
Customer Experience Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products and confidently explain contact lens specs and suitability.

Who Are You? You’ve got experience in optics and you’re ready to take on a role that’s more hands-on and customer focused!
Learn and Grow: Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to further career. We offer full training from basic to advanced dispensing. A Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is desired but not essential.
Connect with People: You’re great with customers and making them feel comfortable and supported.
Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others and you bring your best self to work every day.
