Role: Oracle Apps DBA/Core DBA
Location: Hyderabad
Hybrid Mode Position
Exp: 5+ Yrs
Requirements The Oracle Apps Database Administrator will have primary responsibility for the operation of Oracle Business Suite R12.2.8.
Oracle Apps R12 and Middleware technology products installations and management, including configuration, autoconfigure, AD utilities, product upgrades, patching, cloning, Concurrent managers and sysadmin functionality, capacity planning, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
Serve as primary support for Fusion Middleware WebLogic 12c, SSO, OAM 12c, OID 12c integrated with Oracle Business Suite R12.2.8
Handling Oracle RAC DB 12c/1+c, Data guard, ASM, Grid infrastructure 12c/1+c.
Manage and work through Oracle’s (Service Requests) SR escalation process, applying software patches and upgrading the Oracle Applications environments.
Performance tuning at DB and apps level. Monitoring & Tuning database performance using AWR, sqltxplain & OEM/TOAD for optimization of resource utilization on server.
Expert in all ad utility like aadmin, adpatch, adop, fapmgr.
Implemented Security administration by creating of roles, views and granting the necessary object/system privileges.
Good in Unix Shell script for application and database batch jobs to schedule through cronjob.
