Must Have
• Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module
• Good knowledge of Extracts, HDL and Reports (BIP and OTBI)
• Expertise in Developing Inbound and Outbound Extracts from Oracle HCM – Cloud
• Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
• Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
• Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, fast formula
• Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
(Nice to Have)
• Prior experience of HCM Help Desk will be advantages
• Prior experience of HCM REST API, ATOM API or HCM ALERTS and Journeys will be advantage
• Prior experience of Creating Groovy script will be advantages
