Commercials
1. Helpdesk Management
• Support users on their queries on the following modules within SLA -
- Discreet Manufacturing
- Enterprise Asset Management
- Financial s
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Purchasing
- Source for Purchasing
• Team review & MIS submission
• Team Development
2. Strategy & Planning
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by top
management
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their needs.
3. Operational Management
- Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
- Control budget and report on expenditure
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble
areas in systems across the organization.
- Ensure compatibility of in-house computing systems.
- Provide orientation and training to IT team for all modified and new systems.
- Keeping up-to-date with the most recent technologies and advising on what new technological solutions and
their implementation will meet business and systems requirements.
- Ensuring written documentation is created and maintained, to include user and system manuals, license
agreements and all documentation relating to modifications and upgrades.
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Sound understanding of
• computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• EBS Reports Development
• SQL & PL/SQL
• Web ADI
• FORM Customization & Personalization
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Self-driven and motivated able to work with minimal supervision
