• Project Role :Application Support Engineer
• Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

• Job Requirements :
• Key Responsibilities : 1, Responsible for working with client for DB requirements, performance, and integration issues provide better solutions or approach along with capacity planning 2, Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in relation to CPU, I/O, Memory, and DB Architecture 3, Responsible of installation, configuration of DB, perform database health monitoring and diagnostics
• Technical Experience : 1, Hands-on exp in installation, configuration troubleshooting Oracle systems 2, Good knowledge and exp on backup restore technologies 3, Knowledge on performance tuning, Analyzing, optimizing Oracle/SQL queries, awr analysis 4, Strong hands-on knowledge exposure on Exadata 5, Knowledge on database patching assessment troubleshooting issues 6, Scripting Automation for database related activities 7, 4 yrs of technical experience
• Professional Attributes : 1, Strong problem solving, testing, and troubleshooting skills 2, Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical employees and with vendors of system related products 3, Work closely with team and be an active contributing member, willing to Participate in on call duty
• Educational Qualification : Graduate
• Additional Information : 1, Strong knowledge on Linux Scripting
