Position: Oracle Database Administrator
- Full-Time Position
- Suitable for Experienced Individuals (combination of relevant work experience and education)
- Bachelor's Degree in related field desired
- Available in Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Communicate detailed status reports to managers, enabling them to take necessary actions and provide additional support
• Escalate issues causing customer outages appropriately through TSG management
• Assist in the design and development process of strategic projects
• Participate in development support team on projects
• Follow project timelines and deadlines
• Maintain physical database, create objectives, and implement recommendations
• Collaborate with various teams on database performance and access issues
• Provide 24/7 support for production database environments
Requirements:
• Experience in project management methodologies, ability to estimate, plan, manage and communicate activities/deliverables
• Working knowledge of at least one database management system or proven ability to learn new technologies effectively
• Strong communication and team skills
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and systems administration concepts
• Commitment to stay current with latest technology concepts
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems using established procedures and guidelines
