Open Position: Oracle Database Administrator (MNC Retail-based Company)
A MNC Retail-based Company is currently hiring an Oracle Database Administrator to come and join them in the Selangor company.
Key responsibilities include:
Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software and related tools.
Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of Oracle databases, applying patches and updates as required.
Implement and maintain database security measures, including user access controls, encryption, and auditing to protect sensitive data.
Identify and resolve database performance issues by analyzing system performance, fine-tuning queries, and optimizing database configurations.
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including database schemas, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
Proficiency in database backup and recovery techniques, such as RMAN (Recovery Manager).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
