• Oracle/ITIL Certified /Unix & Windows server/Scripting /Tool Management
• Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle GRID Control, Oracle RMAN, Any ticketing tool, Backup & Recovery tool (such as Veritas Netbackup, Tivoli Storage Manager, Legato Storage Manager), any third-party tools for monitoring, performance, availability, backup & recovery, automation such as BMC ProactiveNet, HPOV, Tivoli etc
