Hiring Oracle Developer from Banking / NBFC/ MFI Industry only

Role Responsibilities

· Core development in Oracle Database, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

· Responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases

· Unit Testing (for own code and for Function testing)

· Work closely with other team members to ensure database consistency.

· Establish functional and technical specifications

· Ability to work with cross functional team with positive approach

· Participate in peer reviews and other inspection activities

Experience

· Person with 6-8 years

· Willingness to be available outside of normal office hours

· Demonstrates ability to work with a solution mind set approach

· Shows ability to prioritize, taking into consideration various alternate perspectives

Qualification

· Bachelor of Engineering (preferably in Computer Science/Electronics) or MCA

Key Skills

Must have skills:

· RDBMS Knowledge of Oracle Database

· Assist with code review, SQL query tuning

· Coding skills to write complex SQL queries

· Coding skills to PLSQL Procedures, Functions, Collections, Packages and Triggers

· Good Analytical Skills

· Good Team Player

· Basic DBA knowledge like Database installation, management and tuning.

· Basic knowledge of the software version control (Subversion / Git)

Nice to have:

· Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

· Knowledge of Finance Domain

· Knowledge of UML

· Should have an aptitude to learn new technologies and function-domain

· Experience with any document management system

· Experience in application development on Windows and UNIX platform

Communication Skills

· Excellent Verbal & Written Communication and fluent in English.

Computer Skills

· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (both Excel and PowerPoint
