EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Oracle EBS DBA that has the following skill sets:
A minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience with the following is required:
Expertise in managing Oracle Database (10g,11g,12c,1+c & CDB/PDB)
At least 5 years of working experience and in-depth knowledge on Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN Backups/Restore and OEM
Expertise in Unix & Perl scripting, to automate BAU activities like patching, cloning etc.
Strong Performance tuning skills
Should be working over the weekends for scheduled maintenance activities
Experience working on multiple UNIX based and windows platforms.
Expertise in performance tuning & trouble shoot Oracle databases.
Work Experience on Applying Database PSU, CPU on Oracle core databases.
Database upgrades and migration across different platforms.
Should be flexible in learning and supporting Oracle EBS & middleware environment
Experience identified below are additional positives:
Experience in Oracle Exadata
Supporting multi-site environment
Experience with Perl and shell scripting
Experience with using ServiceNow
Knowledge / Experience with Azure, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, and/or AWS
Knowledge on different flavors of databases like MSSQL, MySQL, Postgress, Mongo, Snowflakes is a plus
