Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Track Lead
Experience Level: Minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 2 end-to-end implementation.
Job Summary:
The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant is responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. The consultant will collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to deliver successful Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that meet the clients' business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications based on clients' business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
Collaborate with clients to analyze their current HR processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality and best practices.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, resolving issues and addressing user inquiries.
Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct system testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of the implemented solutions.
Assist with data migration and integration activities, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with other systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, including at least 2 end-to-end implementation.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
Proficient in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including setup, security, workflows, and reporting.
Sound understanding of HR business processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Experience with data migration and integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems using APIs, Web Services, or middleware tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical and functional issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, are preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable.
