The Work:
• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management effectively.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather and synthesize both functional and technical requirements.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes within Oracle HCM, including handling conversions, integrations, and reports.
• Provide your expertise and guidance to translate requirements into detailed configuration tasks across various absence types, eligibility profiles, accruals, and certifications.
• Create comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and recommend robust solutions utilizing Oracle's functionality.
• Assist in the planning and execution of testing cycles, including cutover activities necessary for go-live.
• Organize tasks, manage timelines, and report on progress towards deliverables.
Please note that travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on client needs.
What You Need:
• At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Absence Management.
• A minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); an Associate's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Bonus Points If:
• You are certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management.
• You have some exposure to other HCM modules.
• You have experience with implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS.
• You have developed strong client relationships while successfully delivering large-scale implementation projects.
