Company - Leading Global Banking firm Job Location- Mumbai, Hybrid working model Experience - 5 to + yrs Synopsis on Role / Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, upgrades, and release management of multiple databases Database monitoring, performance tuning, database backup, clustering, replication, scripting to automate processes. Perform database backup and restore, ensure data recovery, database maintenance, data integrity and space requirements Technical Skills Strong DBA experience in ( OracleOR Microsoft SQL Server) with some background/experience on other DBs is nice to have Experience in Oracle 1+C data guard is highly preferred but ok with lower version, for SQLServer DBA MS-SQL 2012/14/16/1+ experience is required Experience in Oracle Grid Control Atleast some knowledge in AWS RDS (Aurora MySQL, Redshift) Experience in migrating databases to AWS Proactive Monitoring, notifying and tuning database and application for optimal performance Programming/Shell scripting Python scripting, to automate daily DBA tasks Well versed in tasks like performing database backup and restore, data recovery, database maintenance, data integrity and space requirements Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, windows and AWS Architecture There would be rotational basis shift as below Shifts (rotational basis): o Mon to Friday 8.30 am IST to 5.30 pm IST Mon to Friday 1.30 pm IST to 10.30 pm IST Weekend support Based on need of business
