A Day in the Life
As a Clinical Operations Coordinator at Serco's ADF Health Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality care to Australian Defence Force personnel. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing chair-side assistance to dentists and hygienists.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating patient records.
Promoting oral health to patients through education and counseling.
Contributing to maintaining a clean and effective dental surgery environment.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Certificate III in Dental Assisting or nationally recognized equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
Minimum of 2 years' (full-time equivalent) chair-side experience within the last 5 years.
Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID00+) certification.
