This Position reports to:
Manager - Order Handling
• *Your role and responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid
This role is contributing to the Robot and Discrete Automation in Ahmedabad, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
- Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
- Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
• *Qualifications for the role**
- Any graduate degree from a reputed university with 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations.
- You have hands-on experience in order management, including confirming delivery schedules, releasing delivery orders, processing high sea sales documentation, and following up on customer payments.
- You are immersed in SAP-based tools and methodologies such as ZSD checks and the Fiori App (MDG updates/cancellations) and enjoy working within the sales and logistics function.
- You are passionate about customer service and continuous process improvement and are innovative around communication and cross-functional collaboration.
