Job Description
The Order Picker/Packer and Service Associate ensures accurate preparation and packaging of orders while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves efficiently managing order fulfillment for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services while assisting in maintaining a smooth dining experience for all guests.
• Key Responsibilities:Order Picking & Packing:
- Accurately pick items from the kitchen and storage areas according to order details.
- Ensure all items, including food, beverages, and condiments, are correctly packed, labeled, and ready for pickup or delivery.
- Verify orders for accuracy and quality standards before handoff.
- Monitor and maintain an organized packing station with sufficient supplies (e.g., containers, cutlery, napkins).
• Guest Service:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries related to takeout or delivery orders.
- Provide updates on order status and estimated preparation times.
- Assist dine-in guests with seating, menu guidance, and basic service support during peak hours.
- Handle minor guest concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the manager.
• Coordination & Efficiency:
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Communicate effectively with delivery partners or drivers to facilitate smooth handoffs.
- Prioritize multiple orders efficiently during high-volume periods.
