About the role

As our Organic Search Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in designing and implementing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention through organic search. You’ll work across content, technical SEO, AI-driven search, and partnerships to maximise outcomes across the full customer journey. Your insights and advisory support will help shape how ART leverages organic search across the organisation.
Day to day, you'll:
You’ll support the development and execution of a full-funnel organic search strategy aligned with business goals.
You’ll plan and manage organic tactics across content, technical SEO, and external partnerships.
You’ll identify and test new growth opportunities across organic channels.
You’ll conduct competitor research, keyword analysis, and site audits to inform strategy.
You’ll monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates, and search engine changes to keep ART ahead of the curve.
You’ll explore emerging opportunities in AI-driven search and answer engines to enhance discoverability and engagement.
You’ll advise internal stakeholders on best practices to maximise organic outcomes.
You’ll ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes.
This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

You’ve worked in a similar role either in-house or at a digital agency.
You’ve successfully implemented organic search strategies that deliver real customer growth.
You’re skilled in SEO research, competitor analysis, and site auditing.
You’re confident using tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
You know how to turn analytics into actionable insights.
You’re great at managing stakeholders and vendors to deliver outcomes.
You’re organised, self-driven, and thrive in complex environments.
You’ve got strong written and verbal communication skills.
