Job Description
The role will be responsible for partnering with the P&C team to design, develop and deliver programs with respect to:
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
Lead the talent and succession planning process, working closely with the P&C partners.
Support the implementation of the talent assessment and development program, with a focus on supporting individual development plans.
Identify key metrics that track the progress and measure the impact of talent & succession initiatives and establish a cadence of relevant reporting for the Board, Executives and P&C team.
Learning & Development:
Support the design and implementation of priority development and leadership programs.
Lead a comprehensive learning needs analysis in consultation with the P&C Partners.
Create learning pathways on the learning portal that cater to individual development needs.
Review and enhance the current CEFC professional capability framework.
Change management:
Incorporate change strategies and communication plans into the implementation of all talent and development initiatives ensuring key stakeholders are consulted and informed as appropriate.
Provide change management support for other organisational changes.
