Your Role
Design and deliver projects on Org structuring/restructuring and Org transformation
Design Governance Model/Target Operating Model for clients
Design Digital Culture Assessment and Culture development
Deliver projects in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and other people sustainability initiatives
Deliver varied organizational development projects including Competency Framework Design, Career Architecture Design etc.
Your Profile
Lead and execute projects single-handedly (viz. the relevant project management processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management)
Diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involved
Design and execute workshops/seminars/trainings for the stakeholders involved
